Start with one course
Pick a course that already has an instructor and a clear goal. Define what completion means before importing material.
Build the learner path
Keep the first lesson easy to find. Label files clearly and check that videos, documents and assessments work with the keyboard and screen readers.
Assign responsibilities
Agree who publishes lessons, supports learners and reviews outcomes. Give each role only the access it needs.
Test with learners
Ask a small group to finish the course and report where they got stuck. Use their feedback alongside progress data to improve the next release.
